糟糕爆炸透顶的菲律宾航空
因为价格便宜买了曼谷经马尼拉返回广州的票,结果马尼拉到广州被取消,菲航也没有啥通知,还是我们自己查询出来的,因为临时买票成本太高所以问菲航能不能改外航曼谷直飞回广州。
问题就出在这里,原航班出发前三天我就直接打菲航电话了,我是想着你不给改我就退票完事了,结果他们说会积极受理,一直拖拖拖,而且几个客服给出的答案乱七八糟,一会可以改一会不给改,最终在出发前一天给了我一个死也想不到的方案,第一不同意改外航直飞,理由是没有加入任何联盟,也没有任何转签协议,第二就是让我从曼谷到马尼拉到上海再去广州,直接让我体验洲际飞行,我听了就拒绝了。
值得吐槽的就是效率极其低下,一个问题花费三天迟迟不解决,说好的邮件电话从来不回复,如果我不是主动询问四五次估计这种乱飞的行程都不会提供我,大家真的合理评估吧,及时避雷! 糟糕爆炸透顶的菲律宾航空

我买了相反的 上海去曼谷就他最便宜 携程买的不知道万一真这样 携程可不可以改

电话客服和在线客服我恨不得聊了十几次了.....我觉得飞到马尼拉也没戏,因为我们到马尼拉也晚上12点了今天从马尼拉回广州的几乎是没啥可选

我去程也是这样走的曼谷-马尼拉-曼谷没啥问题.....携程出问题了会帮你解决的,主要是我买的那个代理一直说只能退票,我还想说找菲航看看有啥其他解决方案,**也是爱理不理的样子

对......所以菲航之前提供的最终方案始终绕不过马尼拉,就算是去啥香港澳门厦门前提也得是有菲航直飞,而且问题还在于菲航自己的票务办公室说不允许改变目的地,所以才有了曼谷马尼拉上海广州这种.....无语的解决办法

不过倒是有一定的概率在曼谷机场出发就找菲航在素万那普的经理....但是那个风险巨大万一还是死活不给改......那不是惨了临时买票绝对大几千没了

我之前巴厘岛-马尼拉-上海,第一段延误了,到了马尼拉之后在转机柜台改到香港坐国泰回来

当然开FIM改 而且改出来都是全价仓位 FCY 能累计航段里程的。。。

A Flight Interruption Manifest (FIM) is a document issued by an airline as a substitute ticket coupon when the passenger's original travel is disrupted by schedule change, overbooking, or cancellation.[1]

看懂了,但我确定菲航啥也不会做,素万那普的菲航经理一问八不知,感觉还不如电话客服
